All kids love these stories!
Grandma Gillie’s Lessons of Love is a rhyming picture book that teaches young
children lessons encouraging acceptance of all people.  The upbeat and
contemporary style addresses modern issues that children face today in an
entertaining manner.

The story of Max and Gia shows how children see the good in others, through the
eyes of innocence.

"My dears, all children, far and wide
See the good in others, for you see what's on the inside."

The second tale is written like a rap song.  Kevin and Keisha are Afro-American
children who face the trials of racism in school.

“Every single person is different from the rest.
All you have to do is be your very best!”

Finally, the third parable is about Priscilla, Grandma Gillie’s dog who acts like a
cat.  The moral of this story is that children can be anything they want to be.

“I may look like a dog and act like a cat,
I am what I am and that is that.”

Both you and your children will enjoy these stories written from the heart by Kellie
Nicholson and delightfully illustrated by Joanna Ingco.
